Online Chakra Test

Here's the link to the chakra test I've been talking about. For those of you who enjoy the analytical side of life, this is a fun way to sum it all up and get to the heart of which chakra points need the most help.

I took the chakra test and find myself needing to work on root (under) and throat (over). I will study the information you have provided and then get back to you with questions. Thank you for the time you have taken to disseminate this info. Also, are their nutritional suggestions for how to boost/quiet the chakras?

So good to hear that the chakra test provided useful Cristie and your question on nutrition is a great one as it connects nutrition and energetic medicine, two healing methods that are not routinely talked about in the same breath.

Because chakras are described as energy centers, we would have to deal with their physical counterparts to correct them with physical nourishment. In your case, the focus would be on the thyroid, ovaries & uterus. Your thyroid thrives on:

Iodine rich foods
Fresh & unrefined foods
Fish
Seaweeds
Range free beef & chicken
Oatmeal
Dried beans, seeds & nuts
Bran
Leafy greens
Foods rich in copper like organ meats, eggs, legumes, nuts and raisons.

As for the root chakra, you might try grounding and comfort foods providing they do not add to the waistline. These foods have a inclination to bring one back the feeling of community, of being safe and securely protected.

If you wanted to use the chakra balancing exercise, this would provide a "quick fix" to get your chakras or vortices spinning in the right direction.

Let me how this works for you.
