We Are All Superheros

For those of you who have not finished your Super Hero Sheet, please bring it with you next week to show it off. Haven't heard about it yet?

A couple weeks back I watched a portion of a Super Hero show on TV and realized we all might need to embrace our own gifts and strengths as well. Often when dealing with healing and the Holy Spirit, it's important to own your power and shine brilliantly in the world. Once we accept and embrace God's Spirit in our own lives, we can allow it to flow to others.

For those who did not receive a sheet to draw on, just download one of the attached files. Alter them in any way you like. They are not copywrited. There is one for girls and one for boys. It is my dads lesson to me that to write something important down solidifies it and makes it real...so be prepared you all! If you don't know where to start, don't feel bad. It helps to have someone ask the questions while you let your brain roam free. FYI: Each person so far has needed help :).

One tip for finding your greatest purpose is to look first at your greatest weakness. It is often the same and is found by asking yourself, "What one thing in my life have I rolled over in my mind, turmoiled over and dealt with again and again? I may or may not continue to deal with it, but it is certainly a large part of my past." Because so much energy has gone into these kinds of efforts, they often transform over the years from turbulence to pearls.
