Online Chakra Test

Here's the link to the chakra test I've been talking about. For those of you who enjoy the analytical side of life, this is a fun way to sum it all up and get to the heart of which chakra points need the most help.

Polarity Reversal Exercise



1. To start, press the fingers of one hand firmly on your navel and keep them there as you tap several times directly in the center between the nose and the lip. You may also rub under your nose with your index finger for 6 to 8 seconds.


2. Next, keeping one hand on your navel, tap with one or two fingers directly in the center on the chin just below the lower lip. You may also rub under your lower lip for 6 to 8 seconds.


3. Extend your fingers and thumb to reach both collarbone points. You will notice these points by locating the "sore spots"under each collar bone. Directly above the heart and about 3 inches off the center line of the body, poke around a little to find a sore spot on each side of the sternum. There, rub in a clockwise motion while continuing to keep your other hand on your navel.

4. Massage your tailbone for 6 to 8 seconds. You may also tap, as you can with all points. Use whichever method feels best for you. The goal is to activate each point and allow your brain to reset itself during the process. In most of us, the tailbone will curl under and you will not be able to reach the point. Just feel for the end of your spine. It may be sore as we don't often recognize this deeply emotional and important point of our bodies.

5. When finished, you may reverse hands and repeat this procedure. This exercise can be done as many times as you like until you feel balanced. Use the chakra balancing exercise to confirm your positive or negative polarity. Giving yourself this gift will allow you to move forward with ease, have more energy and a feeling of completeness.
